Forged and Machined Components

We can forge virtually any material grade known to man. When the job calls for forged and machined components, you can rely on our team of technical experts to deliver American-made products according to your specifications.

Our Capabilities to Forge the Components You Need

Custom forging is what we do. Since 1884, we have forged every material grade imaginable, up to 10,000 pounds and 24″ in diameter.

Our commonly forged materials include alloy, stainless steel, nickel alloy, super alloys, and a variety of exotic materials. We supply rough-machined forgings, finish machined parts in our machine shop, and can utilize raw “black” or “tree bark” forgings.

What sets us apart from our competitors is our extensive range of open-die, mechanical, hydraulic, and hammer presses. We utilize high-speed parts formers to produce smaller, high-volume nuts and bolts, allowing us to provide domestically manufactured products at competitive prices. What Does American-made Look Like?

Our products are 100% domestically manufactured from USA-poured or DFARS-compliant materials. We don’t use cheaper materials from other sources at any point in the manufacturing process. You can rest assured that your finished part was handled in the U.S. from start to finish.
