Please join us in welcoming Jordan Brown to Dyson’s Finance/IT team. Jordan began working with us on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, as Systems Administrator, reporting to Mike Micale, Director of Finance.
Jordan attended the University of Akron and graduated with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. He has gained recent experience while working for several leading IT services companies focusing on Cybersecurity, Forensic Services and serving as Help Desk Support.
Jordan will troubleshoot, support, and improve business processes in all areas of the company as they relate to technology. He will be responsible for providing systems support, installing, configuring, auditing and monitoring all servers and workstations. In addition to these tasks, Jordan will be responsible for VPN configuration, virus prevention and he will manage all critical data backups on all devices.
We are confident that Jordan’s experience and education will provide the technical expertise needed to help take Dyson to the next level regarding our reputation as a key supplier for our customers and help cement our standing as a world class operation.
