Dyson maintains a large inventory of Hot Forged Bolts and Cap Screws. We cut and thread to meet your exact customer requirements. Normal stock deliveries are 2-5 working days. Same day shipments are also available. Product can be supplied in a variety of coatings, and finishes. Complete certifications are available. Custom Bolting is our specialty. Your exact requirements are met with our extensive variety of forging and machining equipment. Standard and custom threads can be cut, rolled or ground. Material options include SBQ/AQ carbon, alloy & stainless steel plus exotics such as titanium, monel, inconel & nitronic. We can produce and certify to all standard and custom specifications.

Dyson maintains a large inventory of blank bolts. We can cut and thread to meet exact customer requirements. Normal stock deliveries are 2-5 working days. Same day shipments are also available. Specials can be produced in a wide variety of sizes and materials, in-house forging, machining, heat treat and mechanical testing allows for quick turnaround on all non-standard bolts.

Thread Options
- Standard threads are UNC, 8UN & UNF. Class 2A or 3A. Right Hand.
- Right hand and left hand threads available.
- Root and Crest radius (UNR & UNJ) are available.
- Specials Include interference fit, ACME, Buttress, Whitworth, Pipe, tapered and custom.
- Threads are chaser cut (thru 6") as a standard. Available options are single point cut (thru 20"), rolled (thru B") or ground.
- Thread lengths can vary based on customer need.
- Standard thread runout is 1/2" to 3/4". Shorter runout is available.
- Internal holes can be either tapped or single point threaded.
- Blunt start threads are available,
- Blank bolts are available.
Machine Options
- Standard bolts have hot forged heads and hot rolled shanks.
- Specials can have any surface machined and/or ground. Machined broaching and deep hole drilling are also available. We can work to your required tolerances and finishes.
Coating Options
- Dyson uses only qualified coaters and can offer most finishes including HDG, mechanical galv, Zinc, Cadmium, Chrome, Black Oxide, Phosphate, Nickel and Copper.

Screws

Our socket head cap screws are manufactured using AISI-4340 for unsurpassed head strength. Specials can be produced In a wide variety of sizes and materials. Inhouse forging, machining, heat treat and mechanical testing allows for quick turnaround on all non-standard cap screws.
